Kovalam MLA Vincent raped the woman twice, says Police report

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : Kovalam MLA M Vincent has sexually abused the 51-year-old woman twice,  says police report.

The first molestation according to the report took place on September 10  and the second time on November 11, after which the woman expressed her
protest. However the MLA, stalked her and continued to call her from different numbers and speak suggestively, says the report.

Police claim Vincent  resorted to threats  during his calls.

Police have filed a plea seeking five-day custody citing the legislator’s potential to tamper with evidence and witness.

The hearing has been postponed to Tuesday.

Meanwhile the finds of probe has not been handed over to the defendant.
