DGP was informed on Pulsar Suni’s call, says Dileep in his bail plea

Kochi :  In a ticklish twist to tall police claims, actor Dileep in his bail plea claims that he had called Behera on his personal number on the same day that he received Suni’s call from jail.

The actor further says that he also sent the telephonic conversation recorded to DGP through WhatsApp.

If the claims prove true, DGP will have some explaining to do given that police all along maintained that Dileep kept Suni’s call a secret for several weeks from date.

Giving details of the call, Dileep says that he received the call as he was preparing to leave Kochi for Bengaluru on April 10. Director Nadhirshah too is said to have received the call on same day.

Dileep is presently lodged in Aluva subjail after 2 failed attempts to bail out, in the case where where a popular Malayalam actress  was waylaid and gangraped by a hired 4-member gang on 17 February, allegedly at his instance.
