Chargesheet against Dileep on 7 Oct

Kochi : Police will file Chargesheet against actor Dileep on 7 October at Angamaly Magistrate court, a move seen to prevent possible bail on grounds of completing 90 days in jail without charge.

Dileep has been moving courts at close pace since last month and it has been reliably learnt that top-brass in police have ordered chargesheet as Dileep’s bail could hinder smooth probe.

According to police, rape charges as applicable to prime accused Pulsar Suni, will be valid for Dileep and Suni’s accomplices.

Also, Suni’s former lawyers Pratheesh Chacko, Raju Joseph and Kalamassery AR camp CPO Aneesh are also accused in the case.

Investigations will proceed even after submitting chargesheet as crucial evidences such as mobile phone etc still remains elusive.

Actor Dileep has been in jail since 70 days now in connetion with the sensational case, where his co-star and popular Malayalam actress was waylaid and gangraped in a moving car on 17 Feb.
