Angamaly court extends Dileep’s remand up to 12 Oct

Kochi : The Angamaly court extended actor Dileep’s remand until 12 Oct, the proceedings for which took place via video conferencing.

The police in its remand report cited that the mobile phone, used to take assault pictures, was still elusive and continued custody of the actor was essential.

The High Court, where Dileep applied for bail a third time has deferred judgement after hearing.

HC also extended remand period of prime accused Pulsar Suni until October.

Dileep was arrested on 10 July for his allegedly plotting the sensational abduction where a popular Malayalm actress was waylaid and gangraped and filmed in a moving car.
