Shame on You : Sharad Pawar Tells Modi over Remarks on Former PM

Coming down heavily on Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his remarks suggesting that Manmohan Singh conspired with Pakistan for BJP’s defeat in Gujarat, the NCP chief Sharad Pawar said today that Modi should be ashamed of making such “wild allegations.

Senior Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad also criticised that Modi had stooped to a very low level in levelling allegations.

Pawar, who turned 77 today, addressed “Jana Akrosh Hall Bol” a public rally organised jointly by Congress and NCP on agrarian crisis, appealed to the farmers not to repay any loan or electricity bills to state govt unless it deposits the ‘much touted’ loan waiver into back accounts.

Modi speaking at a polly rally in Gujarat on Sunday linked the dinner meeting hosted by Aiyar for Pakistani dignitaries which Manmohan attended suggesting that it was conspiracy against the BJP in ongoing Assembly polls.
