Maharaja Campus Murder : Police To Issue Look-out Notice, 3 Leave State

Kochi : With just 3 from the 15 suspects related to killing of 2nd-year BSc Maharaja student in the campus, the police are proceeding to issue a look-out notice for others.

Information on two said to have left the state prompted police to move the notices.

According to police a gang comprising 15 persons were involved in stabbing Abhimanyu at the campus early morning 1 am on 2 July.

Maharaja’s Campus Front worker students are accused of being instrumental. Campus Front is student wing of Popular Front of India(PFI).

While Abhimanyu, an SFI activist, died on the spot from multiple stabs another fellow student and SFI worker who sustained injuries is still in critical condition.

The Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said police have been directed to take strong against the guilty.
