Prithviraj Sukumaran’s first directorial venture with superstar Mohanlal in the lead role, Lucifer received huge applause and welcome in Indian film.
The Telugu remake of the critically acclaimed film has also started. The film has started shooting in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi has acquired the remake rights for the film and he is thrilled about his next film. It will be the 153rd film of the actor Chiranjeevi. The shooting of Lucifer Telugu remake commenced with director Mohan Raja. The filmmaker took to social media to share a photo with the technical crew.

Nirav Shah is handling the film’s cinematography, while Suresh Selvarajan is the production designer. S Thaman is the music director of the film. The cast details of the film are still awaited but if the reports are to be believed, Nayanthara and Satyadev have been roped in to play key characters in the movie.
The Malayalam movie Lucifer which hit theaters on March 28, 2019, is a suspense thriller. The film manages to entertain with its thrilling scenes and deadly dialogues. Murali Gopi has penned the script for the film.
