Rahman’s compositions will be showcased on October 23,  at a full-fledged concert by his orchestra. A portion of it will be presented at the high-profile, exclusive opening ceremony on September 30. “The voices of the Firdaus Orchestra are so different from anything we’ve heard in the west or the east and they represent a whole new sound which is very exciting. I’m proud to say that the Firdaus Orchestra is a world-class collective of musicians,” Rahman said to Khaleej Times.
