A video of a tussle between an officer at the Indian consulate in New York and a visa applicant is now going viral on social media. The video was shared by talk show host Simi Garewal on Twitter in which it shows the officer refusing to give a visa to a woman who applied for it with all the documents.
The woman’s father had passed away and she had applied for a visa to visit the country. The officer lost his temper and angrily returned her application and the visa fee she had submitted.
