A Harsh Dubey, a 12-year-old cancer patient was made additional director general of police (ADG), Prayagraj, for a day. The boy is a resident of Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj and he is suffering from cancer. The ADG of the zone, has helped the boy to come out from his mental pressures during his cancer treatments. For that, the kind-hearted ADG of Prayagraj zone, Prem Prakash invited the boy to seat the ADG chair for one day. A heart warming moment has thus been created in the Prayagraj zone.
The ADG of police also gifted a body kit to the cancer patient. The 4th grade boy felt honoured and delighted and experienced the working of senior police officials at ADG office on July 3. Moreover, the officers who were on duty at the office even saluted the boy when he took charge as ADG for one day. He even signed some of the documents regarding the official reports.
A social activist Pankaj Rizwani came to know about the boy’s condition, he took initiative to fullfill the boy’s dream to become an ADG of police for one day. ADG Zone Prem Prakash offered help to the boy when he came to know of his sufferings. Meanwhile, it is worth mentioning that Harsh’s father Sanjay Dubey is an e-rickshaw driver.
After handing over the chair, ADG Prem Prakash said, “When I came to know about the suffering of the 12-year-old boy through the social workers helping cancer patients in the city, I decided to take measures to boost the morale of the little boy.” Doctors Dr B Paul, Dr Radharani Ghosh and social activist Pankaj Rizwani of Kamala Nehru Hospital were also present on the occasion.
